Celebrations Indian Cuisine - Sunnyvale

I visited this restaurant for dinner and ordered fried rice with egg. The waiter informed me that it would take an additional 15-20 minutes if I wanted the fried rice with egg. I was puzzled as to why adding an egg would require such a long cooking time. Since I didn't have much planned for the evening, I decided to wait. Later, the waiter asked if I wanted my egg boiled or scrambled on the fried rice. I was taken aback for a moment, which made me question whether they had a cook in the kitchen or if they were serving pre-cooked meals.

The food was decent, but it leaned a bit too sweet for my taste. Additionally, the restaurant is quite expensive, and I don't feel that the quality of the food justifies the high prices.

We hosted a product launch dinner at Celebrations, and everything went flawlessly. The food was delicious, with fresh bread and flavorful curries. The service was excellent, with the owner frequently checking in on our group. The Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma, and Lentils were particularly outstanding in flavor. Drinks, appetizers, and curries were served promptly; we even had to ask them to hold off a bit until we finished our presentations. I highly recommend this restaurant for business events.
