Just left this place. It’s 90degrees in there. Staff is over worked too many online orders and too many people inside. I cancelled my order bec I didn’t want to wait since they are understaffed. They charged me and i never got a refund. Not the fault of the staff, fault of the franchise. Id give negative stars if I could. Went across the street to 711

The gentleman working there right now made the best Caramel Iced Latte I've ever tasted!

The customer service has really declined lately. They don’t even acknowledge when you’re waiting at the register to place an order; they just ignore you. We used to visit this location frequently, but not anymore. From now on, we prefer to go to the Dunkin' on 46th Street.

The employee who works in the morning doesn't really smile much.
