Premier Inn Sunbury (kempton Park)

A very typical Premier Inn so you know what you're going to get there, comfort. The area is as it looks on the photos. The train station is close, the other side of the roundabout. Parking we luckily read reviews about it before going so decided to book to park elsewhere. If you aren't already aware the car park is tiny not just the spaces but the ability to turn a vehicle down and round the ramps etc. It sounds like the most useless of car parks in truth. We booked a space across the road with Parking Bee at the old Barclays Bank car park. £2.50 for 24hrs, open air carpark, very easy to use and literally across the road. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Car park is not for the faint hearted as is very tight. Breakfast wasn’t great quality and was mostly cold or lukewarm at best. Go to Golden Grill across the road for a better and cheaper breakfast. Hotel is closely situated near to shops and train station. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Staff were fantastic. The room was dated and could do with revamping. Didn't have the up to date usb charging points on the plug sockets the large tv on the wall or the slot to put the card in for tbe electric. The restaurant had been revamped. Breakfast wax lovely. Everything is great. But strangely, when I stayed, there was someone who was knocking the doors at night and go and hide. He/she was knocking my door and the neighbouring doors as well. Since the rooms are so next to each other, 3 of the rooms (including me) thought they were knocking our door, and we all came out all the time to check who was it. They knocked around 5-7 times, and we tried our bits to secretly find the person, but no joy. Unfortunately, there was no camera on the 3rd floor towards the far end, and it still remains a mystery who was knocking our doors all the way from 20:00 hrs to 21:30. Otherwise its nice place.
