Z.e.n. Foods - Sun Valley

My girlfriend and I have been on ZEN for over a month now. She started it for a week on her own and I signed up after I saw how it was working for her and tasting the food. I was surprised how great the food was. I 'm a creature of habit and usually go to my regular burger joints so initially I wasn 't sold. But we don 't have time to cook and I 've put on a ton of 'covid weight ' so my goal was to lose a few of these lbs. I 'm currently down 15lbs. Which I 've managed to do without changing my workouts or anything else. Just the food bit. I still have a few more lbs to go and I may hit a plateau at some point but right now I couldn 't be happier with the results/taste and quality of zen foods.

Absolutely incredible food delivery service. We first started ordering it when my husband and I had COVID and were bed ridden. I felt like the nutrient dense food literally nursed us back to health. Can't say enough good things about Zen. Incredible customer service and the food is first rate. We are complete food and nutrition snobs and Zen foods goes above and beyond meeting our expectations. We are so lucky to live in So Cal and have this service available to us. We've tried all the other food services available and Zen is hands down the absolutely best. Couldn't recommend them enough. I will update this review with pics but for now just wanted to say how impressed and in love with Zen we are. Thanks guys you literally changed (and saved! our lives xoxo

Food is delivered on time every day always fresh never came across a meal that did not taste delicious

Food is absolutely delicious! We are going on our second week and love all the meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Also snacks and desserts are great too. Freshest delivery food out there. We tried another less expensive option and were unhappy and we could immediately taste the difference in taste quality and freshness. We couldn't wait to return to Z.E.N foods. Great delivery service as well!!

While on a Covid sabbatical in North County San Diego, I fortunately found ZEN who would deliver freshly cooked food DAILY/overnight to me in a neat cold packed bag! They would have it driven down here from LA. I was delighted by the friendly and competent service and their help making any changes I needed. The food delivered was so very fresh...even the veggies were crunchy when needed! I am delighted by this business and heartily recommend ZEN
