Tonight, instead of my ordered burrito supreme, I received a bean and cheese burrito that had virtually no cheese in it. Once again, I paid a higher price for a smaller burrito with fewer ingredients. I usually make a point to check my order because it has been wrong so often, and I really wish I had done so this time. The staff member at the drive-thru claimed she didn’t have time to substitute red sauce for green sauce because she didn’t know how to do it, and just told the cooks instead. She recommended the burrito supreme, but I expressed my hesitation, explaining that whenever I order it at this location, it usually comes with almost nothing inside and is smaller than a dollar burrito. She assured me that would not be the case tonight, but unfortunately, she was wrong. I didn't get the burrito supreme at all; they had put the wrong item in the bag. I received a bean and cheese burrito instead, despite paying for the burrito supreme. I’ve lost count of how many times this kind of mix-up has happened here. From now on, I’d rather take the extra drive to the Prater Way Taco Bell, where I’ve never encountered this issue. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
