フィードバックを提供するI really enjoy Popeyes Chicken and their sides. I was thrilled when they opened a location next to us, but unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. The staff often seem short-tempered and unhappy, making it feel like serving customers is a burden. During my most recent visit, I experienced the usual lackluster service, and they were out of several menu items. The most frustrating part was when I ordered the 16-piece Family Tender Meal, and they didn't offer any sauce with it. When I asked for some, I was given only three packs, accompanied by a disgruntled look from the employee at the drive-thru window. The chicken is fantastic, but the service needs serious improvement.
I've frequented this location quite a bit, but it seems like you have to simplify your orders to get them right. The staff was not great; I didn't even catch their names to offer any positive feedback. I couldn’t understand how I ordered two of the same thing but only received one coleslaw, one mashed potato, and two drinks. The staff was quite disrespectful, and while I realize they’re young, it was frustrating. One day, I walked in with my bag, and immediately they told me they got my order wrong. The manager or supervisor, a white girl with glasses, argued with me about the missing sides.
Updated on March 21, 2022: I arrived 15 minutes before closing, but they had run out of food. No chicken tenders, shrimp, or even sandwiches were available. The management at this place is quite disappointing. It seems like they frequently make customers wait unnecessarily long when they finally decide to prepare your order.
BUYER BEWARE...check your order before you leave! I ordered a 10 piece chicken. I specifically requested legs and thighs. Got 6 wings in my order, and 4 breasts. Not a leg or thigh in sight. Tried to contact customer service and the phone rings and rings. Not worth the $32 we spent, and we won't go back.
I just had the worst experience at this location. I was advised that I had to wait 15 minutes which is fine. Ended up being 40 minutes. The employees at the counter stated ?you chose to wait?. I did when I was told it would be 15 minutes. All this time the drive thru was moving with no problems. I understand staff shortages and they had some equipment issues, but be up front and say 40 minutes. At that point I know what I am in for or I could leave. The employees at the counter said they don?t have to speak to me. After all of that when I got home one meal I ordered was supposed to be a 5 piece chicken, and there were only 4 pieces. I?m sure they don?t care but I will never go to this location again. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to post this. I give it zero stars.
