フィードバックを提供するMy wife and I went through the drive thru around 5:45 PM at 107th Ave Grand Ave . We were promptly greeted in a very friendly manner on the drive through speaker by a female. She very politely asked us to please stand by. Within a very short time, She politely apologized for the wait which was not long at all. We completed are order and when we got to the drive thru window, were again politely greeted with a smile and kind words. Both my wife and I were commenting on how friendly, kind and respectful she was. This was extremely refreshing to see that there are still a select few people that still go the extra mile and take pride in their work and customer service. I asked her name and told me her name was Sissy . Attention Popeyes Corporate. Sissy is a perfect example of customer service and the kind of employee that all employees should strive for in their work which seems to be sadly missing these days. Great job Sissy!!! You are a Rock Star and deserve to be recognized for your hard work and dedication.!!!
Their food was amazing. Stopped to bring my wife lunch and she loved their Chicken sandwich!!
Went through the drive thru wait 15 minutes before she even took my order I kept saying hello she told me to wait. I drove up to the actual window to find out why the long wait. The girl working didn't look towards the window I saw the employee laughing inside doing nothing! I kept saying hello the girl working the drive thru just glance at me didn't even acknowledge me. I wasted 20 minutes didn't get to order. I ended up going to Dairy Queen down the block!! Worse service ever I'll never go to this Popeye in Youngstown Az!!
I have gone to this location more than twice and everything my order is always wrong. I defiantly won't be going back. I will take my loss on the money and food. This place don't deserve me as a customer anymore. I'm passed and I'm done. I can take my business back to KFC. I don't recommend going to this location. Also forgot to give me my recipt so there is no need for me to even to keep trying to call them because they let the phone rung and ring with no answer and then gets a busy signal. I'm not going back there ever again. Blah customer service.
One half of the menu board was not illuminated. When asked about the menu the employee working asked another employee about the board. His response was it had been out all day.No help as what was offered other than the family meals starting at $28.No help as to what menu items for 3 piece dinners or other items was shared.Employees should be replaced with ones with a sense of customer service.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely worthless- did not order food since there was 1/2 the menu misssing.
