フィードバックを提供するI always have a pretty good experience here. In a rare occasion, my food is not hot or correct. For the most part, employees offer great service.
So this Mcdonald's you can't eat still which is fine. But they turned off the kiosks for social distancing but you still have to wait in line next to people which didn't make sense. Apparently they were out of happy meal boxes or stopped using them. In either case, my kids weren't happy. Had to go back because they didn't include drinks when they gave the order out. They were still busy so I guess these things don't matter when you're still making money
Google says they are open, their windows say they open at 5am, but they refuse to take orders until 6. Pulled in thinking we could grab a quick bite before going to the hospital and waisted 20 minutes trying. Not to mention they have terrible service and terrible food when they are serving it.
Last night came here for 2 10 piece nugget meals and 3 double cheese burgers. And was charged 25.10 okay I understand that it is called fast food but come on I was asked to pull up not a problem but to be pulled up for nuggets that was sticked together and for fries that were cold and on top of that I wasn't handed my drink and that's the first thing I'm supposed to receive. I will not be returning
My kids love McDonald 's which is the only reason I still go. The last several visits they have given my kids spicy chicken nuggets in the kids meals. Even after specifically asking for non-spicy. When we do get a non-spicy box, there are spicy ones mixed in and then my kids won 't/can 't eat it due to sensitivities to spice. The fries have been greasy and soggy for the last month or so. Once I even got a cheeseburger that already had a bite out of it and all the manager said was, I guess we can get you a fresh one. You guess? I have tried to call, my MIL has tried to call when it 's happened to her and no one answers the phone. I have tried to handle this at the store level or customer service level but no response from messages or picking up the phone. So disappointed in the lack of attention to getting orders correct and lack of customer service. I don 't know what 's happened but they aren 't what they used to be.
