Hardee's - Summerville

I visited for breakfast and was impressed by the exceptional service, which is rare to find these days. The food was served quickly and was hot. The manager and all the staff were outstanding! Highly recommend!

The customer service was outstanding! The food was both delicious and fresh, and it truly felt like it was made to order.

The lady here tonight was fantastic. She told me her name but I do not recall. She was working on October 26th around 10:30 at night and she was very polite. The chicken tenders were tasty and she didn't overflow my drink with ice. I will certainly return. Thank you, ma'am.

I visited Hardee's during the time when they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. The manager came out to inform everyone in line that biscuits were in limited supply due to the shift to lunch. I thought it was very considerate of him to give us a heads-up before we reached the ordering counter, especially since the line was quite long. When it was finally my turn, I was pleased to find they still had the hot honey chicken biscuit, which was exactly what I wanted. It did not disappoint! The biscuit was buttery and flaky, the chicken tasted great, and the honey was the perfect finishing touch. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite the long wait.

I usually visit this place for breakfast, especially on Sunday mornings. I enjoy the experience of going in and ordering. About 70% of the time, they offer country ham, which is great for Sunday morning customers. There's nothing quite like waking up early on a Sunday and heading to my local Hardee's, only to find the doors locked because they're understaffed and out of country ham...
