Great American Cookies Marble Slab Creamery

This was the absolute worst looking cake I have ever received! I had no idea it looked this way because it was packed and I just left and barely glanced at it because they were busy cleaning ice cream that my cake was set in! Definitely will not be going back!

Omg the strawberry crunkle was very flavorful. The pecan cookie was my second choice then the oatmeal, peanut butter, and white chocolate macadamia. The disappointment was the snickerdoodle it was not very good. It didnt really have flavor.All of the cookies were very very soft which is why I couldn't get a picture of the pecan cookie. It broke to pieces

We went in last night and I ordered a small ice cream in a waffle cone and it was literally about 5 bites of ice cream. My husband ordered a best value and the cup was only half full. We paid $30 for half of the ice cream we should have gotten. The rest of the ice cream cups that the other customers were getting were heaping over. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER AND BE CONSISTENT. We will not be back.

If i could give zero stars, darn skippy I would give this place ZERO stars. I placed an online order at 9:16 pm this evening and app told me that it was expected to be ready at 9:31 pm this evening. My fiancé arrived at the facility around 9:20 pm to pick up my order and their was a young lady whose name I won’t mention that was working their this evening yelled as my fiancé came in and said are you here to pick up a mobile order and when he replied yes she got a nasty attitude, grunted, and yelled at the other employee working to make the order. Then he brings the order home to me and the cookies were STALE and HARD!! Such a waste of money! Bad cookies and Bad service! Won’t be going back to this location ever!!! I had a a bad experience with this same employee last year on my moms birthday when she tried to redeem her free cookie coupon. Unbelievable about the amount of disrespect.

I order a banana split like every night. The ice cream is fresh and I so love it!!
