フィードバックを提供するI went in yesterday and there was one gentleman working in by himself, he had a Line of customers, he did the three customers before me in no time, I ordered 6 sandwiches and two salads to the disappointment of all the other customers and he just smiled and said I’ll make those for you no problem, he made them in under 10 mins and had me out the door. He said his name was Mikel “sorry if I spelled it wrong” definitely needs a raise!! Glad this store is getting better employees.
I didn't know that an Italian BMT consisted of only 2 slices of ham. Ordered the sandwich online for pickup and included Lettuce, spinach, oil, vinegar, seasonings. Totally missed any lettuce, no oil and vinegar and had only 2 leaves of spinach. Sad.
Absolutely horrible service! None of the vegetables stocked. This was at 1:45. Had to wait for employee to surface from the back.Put out attitude to fix sandwich! Poor management???!!!! If you dislike your job that much…..move along.
The worst service went in about 5:15 dinner time one employee waited in line for a lest 8 min. Never got asked or given a nod while the line got longer first time back to subway in a long time never again went back to our favorite Port Of Subs sorry Subway
Honestly I'm pretty upset. The guy was extremely dirty, clothes, face, hair, everything. He didn't wash his hands after handling money, then touched the gloves right where the food would be touching as he put them on. He also touched his face in the middle of making my sandwich. I was just overall grossed out and ended up throwing it away. It should be a requirement that you atleast have clean clothes and proper hand washing....
