Greco Pizza Xpress - Summerford

I ordered the East Coast Combo online for pickup, and the estimated preparation time was 20 minutes. However, I arrived 25 minutes later and stood at the counter for 10 minutes while employees walked by without acknowledging me. Finally, a man approached me after 10 minutes and asked if he could help. I informed him I had placed an order and provided my order number. He then told me they were closed. I explained that my order had been accepted online, and the website stated they close at 11 PM (it was only 9:40 PM). He asked to see my order, and after reviewing it, he told me I hadn't ordered from that location. I confirmed the address and phone number, and he acknowledged that it was correct but insisted they were closed and that he wouldn’t be making my pizza. He claimed the online hours were inaccurate and said there was nothing they could do. The service was absolutely terrible, and the information on their website was misleading.

The staff at this restaurant are amazing! Every visit is enjoyable, and the food is consistently excellent.

Pizza is okay but the subs and donairs are great.
