Bp Truckstop - Summer Hill

Rude and untrained staff overcharging customers. Never coming back, cancelled my BP account as well. I’ve got ripped off twice and I have been refused refund. Thursday 28th December 6:15-6:30am.

Went to fuel up on the 29th of May 2024 the staff there today at 7:00 p.m. refused to pass on the 12 c discount and accept it. Apparently it is what his boss has told him. If you are on the BP Rewards then offer the discount if you do not want to do this then get off the BP rewards system. A warning to all drivers beware as they do not want to pass on discounts

Good place to fill up with petrol, pick up an ice cream. Accepts all forms of payments eftpos, credit card, cash. Unremarkable which is all you want from a petrol station. No WiFi

Awful. I put $6 on the counter to buy bread milk; he told me to get a different brand of milk so I did, then charged me ANOTHER $6 he'd stolen my $6 off the counter kept telling me that I'D taken the money. So I ended up paying $12 for bread milk then when I got home, it turned out the bread was expired the day before stale. Selling expired products, stealing from their customers, lying to them.....this BP is run by a pack of low life thieves. I honestly paid $6 for expired bread?!?! Do NOT go here!!

Fantastic BP fuel station especially given Deisel is often cheapest around...
