Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Sulphur

I sit at the drive thru waiting to order for 10 minutes and nobody ever asked me for my order so I pulled around to the window nobody acknowledged I was even there the place was full of people so I pull around front and was gonna go in I get to the door and they lock it Mind u a store full of people and I was there before they closed. I looked at the lid and said I was here before you close and it was 10:40 when he locked the door on me He said we’re closed and shut the door and locked it in my face. Very rude Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Something different from what I have east of the Mississippi. Loved it and wish I had something like it local to me.

We love Braums but have been to this one twice during our visit. It is filthy. Every table is dirty and behind the ice cream counter it looks awful! The counter people won’t even make eye contact. After standing there 10 minutes, we finally asked if they could serve us. And the ice cream was melty. Ugh. The first night we came we thought it was just an “off” night, but no. You can tell it’s poorly run. People stand at the checkout long before anyone even notices. It’s so sad.

Country style bacon Gouda Burger, best deal ever!! Like homemade!! I loved it!! Sulphur is a great town.
