フィードバックを提供するEvery time I order from here I have problems with the staff and the delivery people and management on top of that when I don’t order I still have to deal with them because they block multiple parking spaces. They’re rude and Management does nothing about it, also the service is
I just ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery. The second pizza came with the wrong toppings. (Meat and my girlfriend is a vegetarian) The store manager Taha, refused to remake it (i offered to come get it) or even refund me. I reported this to corporate and told him I would. He said “good luck”.
Went there last night to pick up a carryout order. Dude was making pizzas with his hands, had long fingernails and then comes over to the counter to take my payment with flour all over his hands and hands me change with flour all over it. then he proceeds to continue to make pizzas without washing his hands. I just stared at my pizza when I got home and didn't eat it. Don't come here, they are not clean at ALL.
My order took 1:30 minutes dispatch told me 30-40 min ,my food was cold and every was a missing,they need to close this location.
I have tried to order from this Papa Johns THREE SEPARATE times and each time have gotten the same result. I cant say it’s entirely their fault as it is their automated system that connects you with someone who is NOT at the store. Goes as follow: I try to place an online order, my card gets charged twice, I have to call them to confirm said order because it says on the website that it didn’t go through and I receive no confirmation. I call and get connected to a representative (who again is not at the store) who tells me my order has been confirmed and they will refund the double charge. Only for my order to never show up and I have to call them AGAIN and they tell me that my order was never placed and therefore there’s nothing to refund. (My bank statement says otherwise). This has happened not once, not twice, but THREE times. This seems to be the only location that struggles with this. I won’t order from them again. Charged over $100 to receive nothing and can’t get a refund bc they “can’t see it on their end”.Update: called and ordered from Dominoes, MUCH better service, already had my order saved from the last time I had to call them and had my order at my door in 20 minutes. GO WITH DOMINOES.
