Starbucks - Sullivan

I always recommend restaurants with happy and friendly staff. The only downside is that their hours seem to change frequently without warning. The hours listed online may not match the actual hours of operation, and there is often a sign outside stating that the hours are subject to change at any time.

I was a bit let down by the frequent closures and lack of availability of certain items, but aside from that, the staff is incredible! They also serve the best drinks.

I really enjoy this Starbucks in general, but I have noticed that they have recently hired some new employees who are not very friendly. I think one of their names is Christine. I have never seen her before, but she was very rude and seemed to want me to leave quickly.

My daughter and I come here as a treat and we love it every time we go.

Loved the pleasant greeting when I walked in the door, brought a smile to my face. Service was efficient, team members were plenty. Was chilly in lobby, pretty sure it was Missouri's fickle weather messing with thermostats
