Noodles were oily, not spicy nor tasty. It honestly tasted like something I could have made at home. I LOVE their red curry. It's the perfect balance of sweet from the coconut milk and spicy. The restaurant was clean and pretty. The staff is always friendly with great customer service. I've come back here multiple times already.
Sugar Thai is simply fantastic! Every dish I've tried is bursting with flavor. Their fried ice cream is to die for—perfectly made! The dough isn't too thick or soggy; it's just subtly sweet, with a wonderful balance between the warm outer layer and the cold center. It melts in your mouth—it’s amazing! The Thai tea is also delightful, though I didn't capture it in my review. The owner and chef are incredibly kind, and the staff is always attentive. I highly recommend this charming local gem!
The red curry was creamy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The Thai iced tea was less sweet compared to other places I've visited, so if you have a sweet tooth, you might want to ask for some extra sugar on the table. I enjoyed my drink as it was—deliciously creamy.
A little hidden gem for exquisite Thai cuisine in the Missouri City/Sugar Land area. The service is friendly and the ambiance is lovely. I’ve dined here twice during my visits to the Houston area, and I was not disappointed.
Wanted something else and decided to try this little Thai spot. I was very happy with my duck (ground noodles) and the deep-fried veggie spring rolls. In addition, the service was exceptional! I'll come back to Sugar Thai. If you are in MoCity/Sugarland, you need to give them an attempt.
