For many years, we’ve been happy customers, but the pizza we received last night had roughly 1/10 of the pepper sauce we expected.

I really love your pizza, but during my last few delivery orders, the pizza has not been fully cooked. The crust is soggy, and the box is damp. I've had to heat the pizza in the oven three times now.

Hey, you burned my daughter pizza for her first birthday party. super annoyed, let's take these pizzas back to the party. if they were burned, I would have done some sort. you have made a stressful day even more stressful. we never come again.

If they say 40 to 55 minutes, do yourself a favor and just order from somewhere else to eat. 1 hour and 40 minutes is ridiculous to wait for a delivery order. We called at the 1 hour and 15 minute mark and where told that it had just gone in the oven, we ordered it at 8pm. I understand the time we are in with labor shortages and what not, but next time just be honest and say that your backed up and it 's going to be way over the stated time. Unless our order was just overlooked, we will never know. Not a call or discount from the manager, but we were told by the delivery guy that they were aware of the delay whatever that means.
