Even though dining at Jinya may be a bit pricey for frequent visits, any vegetarian or vegan who appreciates Japanese cuisine should consider trying it at least once. They have a variety of vegan ramen options, toppings, and appetizers to choose from. I personally recommend trying the Tsunami White Pearl Ramen with seasoned bamboo shoots and Nori leaves.
