Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Wow. Imagine a place where you visit a Zaxby’s and find friendly staff, hot food, and the correct order. Unfortunately, such experiences are rare at these establishments. However, what I encountered on a national holiday was nothing short of excellent.

It was nearly perfect. The team was very nice and friendly, and the food was well prepared, complete with the extra sauces and dressings I had requested. The fries were just right. However, there was one issue: they forgot the ketchup. I would have gone back to ask for it, but it was quite a distance.

The drive-thru attendant was incredibly sweet. Even though I had to wait for 30 minutes, I couldn't be upset with her. The atmosphere was nice, and she was polite, pleasant, and attractive. Great choice by the manager!

Paige the driving girl has a bubble personality and was beautiful. The guy who took my order over the Communion was also kind. Raises recommended!

So Zaxby's food is always good and quality; but management in this place must initiate its act. I was here several times, and expect 10 to 20 minutes to wait in the drive-thru and not just because of volume. Once you have paid, you are usually still at least 5 minutes from your meal. So good food and quality, but waiting is frustrating and frustrating consistent and really affects the experience
