Dunkin' - Sugar Hill

Out of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area, this is by far the most consistent one. We go here almost every morning and have not been disappointed. I do feel like they were struggling for a while to retain new employees and some had learning curves to overcome, but again, great quality on a consistent basis, and even if you have to wait a little during peak times, it's twice as fast as Starbucks on any given day.

Asked for just an egg and cheese i drive off and see a nasty a sausage patty on my sandwich this thing is disgusting. also heard the drive through worker talking about the lady in front of me not knowing english that well which i think is very rude

The guy at counter was pleasant but not sure why he is confused about their offerings. Asked for 2 munchkins and he told me minimum order is 6. He said there's not even a button for one on the register. I've always done this when I get a craving but don't want to over indulge. Just left another Dunkin with my coffee and 2 munchkins!

I went to Dunkin' for the first time ever. I placed my order online and went through the drive-thru. The service was fast, accurate, and the staff was friendly. It was a quick breakfast, but the food and coffee were both good.

I walked into the restaurant and was not acknowledged while waiting at the counter. I went to the restroom and returned to find another customer experiencing the same issue with the kiosk. We asked if there was another way to order but received no response. When I asked another question, there was still no acknowledgment. I had to raise my voice to finally get someone's attention. They insisted on ordering through the kiosk. At that point, I decided coffee and a donut weren't worth the hassle. When I inquired about the ownership, I was informed it was individually owned. Good luck finding better employees, or you may not be in business for long. I ultimately left without getting my coffee.
