Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Suffolk

A lil pricey but the chicken is very good!!! I have to say it twice THEY CHICKEN IS VERY GOOD!

I inquired about getting a bag for my cigarette pack, and it turned into an issue. The staff member informed me that next time I wouldn't receive a bag. I replied that there wouldn't be a next time since I can buy cigarettes anywhere and get a bag with them. I requested a refund and decided I would never come back. I'm from Philadelphia, where I know good chicken when I taste it. Poor service is not something I'm willing to pay for.

The food was excellent, but I encountered an issue when I ordered through DoorDash. There was no option to request sauces with my order. I had ordered eight Cajun tenders and fries, but only received four packets of ketchup. I specifically mentioned in the comments that I wanted honey mustard and grill sauce, but didn't receive any. I know the restaurant saw my note since the delivery driver delivered to the correct room. I think it would be helpful if you updated your DoorDash menu to include sauce options, especially for guests from outside the city, so they don’t have to go out and purchase sauces separately.
