Amazing meal! We got in town and called to make a reservation and they said the first available was at 8:30. We thanked them and said that we would come again. Started looking for another place for dinner and about 15 minutes later Chives called back and said that they had a cancellation and could take us at 7:15. Chives is probably the best spot I've had in Green Bay. The service is great and the food is too. Not to mention it's one of the only elevated cuisine spots I've found in upper Wisconsin. I'm sure I'll be back. @dietproof

For the price per plate and the quality of the steaks I don?t think I would go here again it reservations were at 630 took about an hour to get our steaks to the table tsk tsk tsk
