Mcdonald's - Stuttgart

Worst customer service experience, had a coffee and it tasted awful, never had such a worse experience in McDonald's. The staff needs to be properly trained for the job.

The tables are always filthy and the staff can be very slow and rude. So not what I would expect from a McDonald's in a Walmart. I stopped getting morning breakfast earlier this year at this location as I got tired of half cooked soggy hashbrowns. This place needs some new management asap.

Went there on Thursday at 9:00 pm and told the dining room was closed. Hours are till 10:00 pm. Went to Wendy’s up the road and enjoyed our meal there.

I've never seen McDonald's employees say half an hour before closing time that they are no longer serving and clean the place. And it was more than once and on different days.The most surprising thing is that I have been to many countries in Europe and even Canada and I have not encountered such a situation. But this is probably the only place where you can encounter such negligence. It is strange where the management is looking.

Went into the McDonald's in the Walmart location here about 2 times. The tables, both times, were dirty ad sticky. Garbage were overflowing, and garbage all over the floors. It was gross, I only stop in now if I want a quick drink and I'm not sitting
