Pizza Hut - Sturgeon Bay

The thin crust pizza, which is supposed to be crispy, ended up being soggy, likely because it had been sitting for too long. It seems it may have been thrown away, as I ordered it again from Box 12/14/21. However, the service was incredibly fast, and the pizza was hot and fresh with the correct order. I definitely noticed an improvement. Thank you!

When I arrived, a friendly young man named Sam greeted me warmly and asked how he could assist me. Even though I was just a few minutes early, my order was already waiting in the hot box. When I mentioned that I wanted to double-check my order to ensure it was correct, he kindly allowed me to look inside both wing boxes before I made my payment. I really appreciated Sam's attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring I was happy with my order. I was impressed by his dedication.
