Wendy's - STURBRIDGE

I really enjoy the chili cheeseries! However, I noticed there wasn't as much chili on them as there used to be, so I can't give a full 5 stars. The service was good overall. The utensils provided were empty, but a nice young man was kind enough to bring me a fork when I asked for one.

The restaurant was clean and well-organized. The seating was a bit unusual, which might be a result of adjustments made due to COVID-19. All the food was prepared efficiently and accurately. The staff was friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a quick dining option, this place is a great choice.

This Wendy's outshines the nearby places by a long shot! The restaurant was well-kept and spotless. The customer service was outstanding; the staff not only took our order but also checked in with us to see if we needed anything, which is quite rare for a fast-food establishment. The food was delicious—we had the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger meal and the taco salad. Highly recommended!
