フィードバックを提供するWe ordered delivery and tried the short rib lasagna, mushroom risotto, and garlic fries. Everything was incredible! The food arrived in about 10 minutes, piping hot and absolutely delicious. We’re looking forward to dining in person next time.
We ordered the Branzino and the Short Rib Lasagna, and both dishes missed the mark. The Branzino came as a very thin fillet on a bed of what seemed to be frozen vegetables from a local supermarket. At $45, it definitely wasn’t worth it—I could have easily prepared something better at home. The Short Rib Lasagna was also a disappointment; the short rib was tough instead of tender, and while the menu claimed the lasagna was handmade, it tasted like store-bought pasta. The total for the meal was $130, which felt incredibly disappointing for something I could recreate at home. Overall, I noticed that the quality of food and customer service has declined significantly over the years.
We ended up choosing dishes from both menus. I really enjoyed the tacos, salad, and a cocktail from the Ceremony menu. The others in my party had items from the La Loggia menu, but they found the salmon to be rather small. Overall, everyone enjoyed the food, and the waiter generously treated us to a nice dessert for two. We hadn't requested it, nor did we lodge any complaints, so I think the waiter simply wanted to avoid a negative review due to our unexpected change of plans, even though we were kind about it. In a humorous incident, one of us was confronted by an angry, drunken woman from the party next door while in the restroom. She thought it was “her night” and didn’t take kindly to waiting. It was amusing, though certainly not the staff's fault. If we had known we would be sharing the space with a party, we might have chosen a different night or venue. On another occasion, this might have been a five-star experience! However, due to the unexpected circumstances, I'm giving it three stars this time. Ceremony was enjoyable, the food was excellent, and the staff handled the situation well. Be sure to try the rib-eye taco and the Mexican Caesar! The flan was good too. Overall, it turned out to be a more casual experience than we anticipated at La Loggia.
To begin with.. I last dined here 3 years ago and it was a great experience. Tonight was an utter disappointment. Reservation for 2. We arrive only to find that they are having a private party/event, theres no seating in the restaurant. If yo are not familiar with this restaurant.. It's also a part of ceremony bar and there's a type of patio between them.its neither here nor there, and that's we're we were seated... BTW I was never informed of said party. A bit chilly so we are moved over to the ceremony area bar.. Way different vibe. We ordered the short rib lasagna.. A fail. And the branzino.. The fish was OK but golly... A small piece served skin down over a pathetic mix of veggies that look like they came out of a frozen package from the vons etc. Horrible and they charged $45. Needless to say I will never eat here again.. And if this review steers you elsewhere.. Thank God.. U dodged a bullet.
The food is delicious here and the service is some of the best. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you have a chance.
