フィードバックを提供するTaylor was fantastic! She responded immediately to my family's needs and did so with a cheerful demeanor. You can tell how much she appreciates her role as a manager merely based on how she attended us. Managers like this are crucial to the success of a company.
Love this place! However, as of lately I'm not sure what's going on. I live in Hobe Sound and travel specifically for Chick-fil-A yet the last 5 times I have gone you have forgotten my sauce. Why ask what I want and then not give it to me. My mistake for believing it was and there and not checking. As we all know this stinks when you get all the way home and now don't have sauce. Only to hope n prayers you have something in the fridge to dip your nuggets in. For the love of GOD don't forget peoples sauces.
They never get the order right. I should’ve checked when I was there but I didn’t think they would forget a sandwich
Dining is closed fine, drive through is open but i have a trailer i was told they cant service me. WOW never had that happen before clearly management is poor at this location to turn down customers. Maybe a District manager needs to step in and teach them about customer service.
The staff at this Chic Fil A is amazing. They make a real effort to make every customer feel appreciated and welcomed. My son and I frequently go for breakfast and they all know us by name and are so kind. Jody, the manager, also takes a personal interest in the customers. Best staff ever!
