They went out of thier way to make us a birthday cake for our aunt. We were only in town for a couple of days and didn't think we could get a cake on short notice. The employees are were friendly and made a cake to order for the same day, everyone agreed the cake was amazing. Thank you soo much.

One of our “must stops” every time we’re in town. Biscotti to start our trip, then sandwiches for our trip plus a stash of biscotti till we can get back. Beautiful baked goods. Good place to put a beautiful gift basket together. Stop by and let the staff help you with whatever you need.

This bakery is THE BAKERY. It’s a must stop, destination in and of itself. We make sure to stop by every time we are in Stroudsburg. Whether we need biscotti, to-go sandwiches or a gift for family this is our go-to spot. The staff is excellent and the food is beyond beyond!!! Oh and the CAKES!!

I ordered a strawberries and cream cake for my son’s birthday. It looked beautiful from the outside, however the inside was a disaster. First, the cardboard support under the cake was too small, so I had difficultly taking the cake out of the box. Then when cutting the cake, the top layer just fell down because the filling inside was just whipped cream with large chunks of strawberries. There was nothing to hold the cake layers together. Plus the cake itself just crumbled. I was embarrassed to serve this cake because no matter how I tried cutting it the cake looked massacred. My only saving grace was that the cake tasted fine despite how it looked. I have purchased this cake in the past, and it was not the same.This cake cost me $52. I will never order another cake from this bakery ever again!

You can always count on great food from Stroudsmoor, whether it's at the bakery or one of there main venues up on the mountain. Excellent food and excellent service, always.
