While the food is good the whole ordering and pick up experience is horrible. It is so chaotic and inefficient yet if they spent just a small amount of time setting up a better pickup process I would order from them weekly. Instead you are told it’s a 20 minute wait, you go in at 30 minutes knowing it will be late and then you wait another 15 minutes with every other disgruntled buyer. When you go in they will not make eye contact with you, they won’t offer to take your order so you can only order on the phone. Your whole communication with them in the store is to shake your head when a phone number is screamed out in the air. Why do people continue to come here it’s cheaper than other Chinese food in the area.
