Crabby Joe's • Grill - Strathroy

The experience keeps getting worse. I waited 25 minutes for any staff to come back to the table. I didn't receive a refill on my drink and couldn't get a takeout box for my leftovers. Finally, the server came when I was searching for enough cash to pay what I estimated the bill to be, and I had to wrap my food in paper napkins. There were very few customers in the restaurant.

They gave me cold food and were very greasy. Mid service, and it was minimal lighting.

The staff is friendly and the food is always delicious. Sometimes there may be a mistake in the order, but overall it is correct and tasty. The restaurant is clean, with fast service. It's a great spot to grab drinks with friends, especially since they have half price appetizers after 9PM. They always have sports games on, making it a fun place to visit!

Friendly fast service. Good food and easy parking. The servings are very generous and doggie bags are offered.

I have visited other Crabby Joe's locations before, but this one was definitely the best. I decided to stop here for a meal before heading off on a birthday trip to Cedar Point. I was feeling hungry all of a sudden and needed some lunch. The hostess was very friendly, which always puts me in a good mood and makes me feel welcome. My server, Sarah M, was very knowledgeable about the gluten-free menu. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger on a gluten-free bun with sweet potato fries and chipotle sauce. Another server brought my food, which can sometimes be a problem, but everyone working there was so friendly and helpful. Initially, I didn't receive the chipotle sauce, which was disappointing for me as I am a big fan of sauces. Another server noticed that I wasn't eating and immediately brought me the chipotle sauce, which was absolutely delicious. It was the best chipotle sauce I have ever tasted. The gluten-free bun did fall apart, as they tend to do, but that was okay for me as I usually eat low carb. Overall, the meal was amazing. It can be hard to find gluten-free sweet potato fries, but they were delicious. It was a great way to start my trip, and the staff were all very nice. The restaurant was clean and had free wifi. I hope to be able to stop by and eat here again in the future!
