Don't know why it's so hard to make a coffee but once again they don't understand what 1 cream is and put ridiculous amounts. Service: 1

This location is far too small and cramped for the number of customers, with only a few feet between the doors and the first (and often only) working till. Even with only three items on the extended breakfast menu we still ended up with the wrong items because they didn't have any everything-croissant and despite going over it three times could not figure out how to use cheese croissants instead and refused to correct the mistake when asked. Might be better outside of peek hours but you are probably better off trying the Tim's on the other side of the highway. Parking: The parking lot is small but not usually too crowded, however the access is a pretty active side road and is right next to the drive thru access. Wheelchair accessibility: While the restaurant is handicap accessible and has the required parking spaces it is very cramped inside even when it isn't crowded.

A double toasted everything bagel with cheese creams... how hard is that? It was ice cold, like it just came out of the fridge. I said to the person at window this is cold! She said it's toasted with cream cheese. I asked if it's fresh because how can it be so cold from the toaster? She rolled her eyes and said she could warm it up. I've I left drive through, I opened it up. Shocked, it was previously frozen, and cream cheese was crystallized. Wow... processed food. This is not our Canadian Tim Hortons. It's factory food. #BuyerBeWare It went out the window. Garbage!
