The food, from what the owners have told me, is all farm to table. Organic and ready for you. I've also been told that everything is handmade. One guy makes all the food handmade. I ordered the Reuben which was superb. It had a balance of sour and creaminess that just satisfies the tastebuds. It was a bit messy but that's because they don't mess around with their ingredients. Anyway, I highly recommend that sandwich and possibly, everything else.

I stopped in today, got a reuben and soda. the meat cut was thin, they make their own sauces, Gabriel (i think his name was) was chipper and bouncing around filling orders. Their ciabatta is awesome and rye is fantastic. I saw the previous reviews here on google, and i'd deff go back. Everyone is allowed to be a little cranky, starting a business is really hard. and has untold and unforeseen pressures and circumstances. when they aren't busy, the staff is more than willing to shoot the breeze with ya. If you can guess the famous faces on the wall, they'll give you a free cookie. These are real working people, striving to provide a good product from scratch. WIth two size options, half and whole, providing options for the lower bracket, there is something for everybody. even like 4 different mac and cheeses! I'm just an evetuday guy, i didnt go to school to be a food critic but I like what they've got going on.
