Rockwell Lounge - Stratford

Please note that Rockwell Lounge should be removed from OpenTable, as it has now closed indefinitely. We had made a reservation for August 26 and received a reminder from OpenTable two days prior. However, when we arrived at the scheduled time, we found the doors locked and no one answering the phone. Fortunately, we managed to find a table at another restaurant on that busy Saturday night. Local residents in Stratford informed us that Rockwell Lounge had closed weeks ago. So, why is it still listed on OpenTable?

The restaurant has closed down! Please do not make any reservations. OpenTable should be notified. It's incredibly frustrating.

I made this reservation weeks in advance for our honeymoon and received a confirmation text just days before. I never thought to check in again to ensure the restaurant was still open. When we arrived, the restaurant was locked, and there was no answer on the phone.

This place closed without notice and didn't even bother to tell the people who had reservations. I assume they're closed permanently (there was no signage and they obviously haven't updated their website or online listings), but if they do reopen, I would avoid them like the plague, given how badly they treated their customers.

Place is closed. Listing should be removed. Booked on opentable only to arrive to a place that was shut down.
