Knead It! - Stratford-on-Avon

Spent the day with Jane and Craig today learning all things baking. It was absolutely incredible. Jane and Chris are both amazing at what they do and made everyone feel so welcome They explained things in a simple but unpatronising way and it was just one of the best days! Thank you so much both for an amazing day!

What an excellent day run by two delightful experienced bakers Jane and Craig. Very good value with a delicious pizza lunch which we made ourselves and a glass or two of wine. Lovely surroundings with proper skills training. Planning to go again with more family and friends

I went on the Knead It baking course with my husband, and we spent the day with our hosts and four other participants who were all previously unknown to us, but whose company we thoroughly enjoyed.

A great wedding present which we enjoyed with Jane, Craig and a group of interesting and friendly people. We worked on a variety of bakes, had lunch relaxing and getting to know the rest of the participants and took home our creations to enjoy with family and friends. We have baked bread at home but the mix of practice and discussion was really helpful and enjoyable. If you are thinking of doing this you definitely should!

This was a great experience. Hosts now their bread and have a small informal class yet lots of bread was made. Highly recommended and could not fault this!
