Pho Asia - Strasbourg

I found an Asian kitchen. The dishes were good, nothing to say but it was pretty cold and the ventilation was not working. There was condensation on the windows. It's good for a little meal in town.

Solid pho setting, the broth was delicious, fresh and tasty meat. Quick service. Very small place however, the tables are close together and quickly fill with all orders to take away.

I ordered a chicken thai pad that was very well trimmed and very good. My girlfriend when she took noodles jumped to shrimp she enjoyed a lot. Simple but very successful in view of its price The waitress was very helpful and smiling but the atmosphere was strangely cold despite everything. I advise people wishing to eat well and quickly without spending too much.

We booked a month in advance, they told us that there would be no problem by warning them a few days before and when the date arrived, they did not answer any of our emails. Not professional!

Nem sauce is not bad. 1 salad for 4 nms to 7€50 With a little more salad it would have been less salty. We're served with 2 pho beef without balls, the cook had forgotten them. The soup lacks a little flavor. They're pretty bright at the filling levels. But in general the dishes are good but nothing unbelievable
