H! Brasserie - Strasbourg

Bad service on weekdays and despite few people. food fortunately good but without pretention.

I was on business trip at the helton for two nights, the second night I tried the restaurant. The scam is that on the cards it tells you of a menu, desert flat entry for 32€, but once you're sitting, you're told that this possibility is no longer available, hard to find an alternative in the area, so I found myself a little stuck in the entrance, I took smoked salmon that was good blood to be exceptional. Then I took lamb ribs, and it was a disappointment: 4 dry pitchers, for 29€, it is for me the flight. I ended up with a gourmet coffee, the small pastry shops that composed it were ventilated. I paid and returned to my room, a feeling of being stolen, and with the certainty that I will not put my feet back in the hilton restaurants. clearly a place to avoid.

Very good meals but unfilled plate, cleaned excellent house, gourmet coffee and exceptional chocolate fondue, the dining room a little too rough, the very friendly waitress.

I was thinking of having dinner in a restaurant, but what was on my plate gave me the impression of eating in the canteen. bread was hard, industrial cheeses of low-end, desserts were probably bought by the subway and just from their packaging to be presented on a plate. servers are clumsy and smiling. The salad had no flavor. the toilets at this hotel are similar to those of a road air. in harmony with the rates given the quality served.

As part of the golden jazz festival, super small free concert, a little noisy because there are large tables. I was close to the bar where I was able to appreciate the professionalism of the bartender who apparently makes great cocktails! for me it was a glass of organic muskate /7 e. prices are a little high when they are themselves but they are not avares in small salts and what you want, we are at hilton!
