231 East Street - Strasbourg

I was formerly a great consumer of this 231 east (during my whole high school). It was for me the most qualitative burger in Strasbourg at this price. Unfortunately, I came back to eat 2x this year and I am particularly disappointed. It is no longer the same manager/team and it feels. The burger bread is rather dry, mistakes on my 2 orders, fries of sweet potatoes not cooked enough, etc. I would say more: “It was better before.”

Super ratio quality price! The burgers are very good and the fries too!! I recommend the address 100%!

TRÈS TRÈS TRÈS LENTS! 20 minutes before I wait, they served 3 people. Let's see how much more waiting knowing there's still 4 people in front of me. Also, long hair above the nurture is medium hygiene level.

In the race to the best burger, you place the bar very high. It was delicious, and the welcome is great. Bravo and soon flow
