The room was lovely, and the reception was very welcoming. Steph went above and beyond to assist us, which we truly appreciated. We would gladly stay here again. Rooms: 5, Service: 5, Location: 5. Highlights of the hotel: Romantic atmosphere.

Great hotel with good parking and friendly staff. The only downside is the evening dining experience next door at Brewers Fayre, which has a limited menu primarily geared towards kids and families. A more diverse selection would be appreciated, with fewer fried options. The prawn cocktail was excellent; it just needed a lemon wedge to enhance it. Breakfast in the morning was also very good, and the staff were attentive. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. I would definitely return, but I'll choose to eat dinner somewhere else. Rooms: 5
