フィードバックを提供するI lived in New Bedford all of my life it was the 1st time I tried knuckles heads. Wait staff not friendly or welcoming horrible service. Order 2 meals nothing complicated and the meals came back all wrong. For instant order a New Bedford burger it came on a Portuguese pop the Keanu stated toasted bun. Not to sure if they ran out of buns, if so they should have told the customers. I spoke to the manager and he had nothing to sayI will never visit that restaurant ever again ,nor would I advise any family or friends to eat at the restaurant. I never made a review for any restaurant that I ate at.
Service was excellent. Waiter was very attentive. Lighthouse sandwich was a bit short on brisket. Nachos were ok cheese seemed like it came from a stadium vendors pump. Disco fries did not have gravy on them as described in menu.
I ordered three knuckle sandwiches earlier today, and while they were quite tasty, they were a bit dry. However, instead of mozzarella sticks, I received breaded chicken. There were also no onions, gravy, or garlic bread as promised! To make matters worse, the menu lists them at $12.99 each, but I ended up being charged $53 for three. I understand that you were busy, but this entire experience was quite disappointing.
Ken, the owner, is a wonderful person, and his staff made us feel like family throughout our visit. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the food challenge added an exciting twist to the usual menu offerings.
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was not appealing, and the service left much to be desired. I couldn't even figure out the restaurant's concept—whether it was trying to emulate a New York City vibe or a trendy atmosphere—it just fell flat. Overall, it doesn't hold a candle to Genaro's.
