Loved the food and atmosphere service was a bit slow but overall excellent

I had a horrible customer service experience. My mom is a lifelong fan of this restaurant so I was shocked with the service and the experience. I went out Saturday night (the last night of restaurant week) to celebrate my friend in her accomplishments with 7 other girlfriends of mine. Well as we were finishing up our dinner, we got desserts. As I scoop up the cream on my bananas foster dessert to take a bite. I feel something hard and spit it out. It was a water bottle cap. I was disgusted! How did this end up in my cream?! I did let our server know…however his response is not one I was proud of Eddie V’s for. He laughed it off, apologized then said one of the guys in the kitchen are tired and probably opened a bottle of water over the cream! YUCK!!

This place is absolutely amazing with outstanding service. We can’t get enough of the delicious food and the wide selection of drinks. It's a spot we truly love and enjoy every time we visit.

From the reservation call alone I couldn't wait to try this place. The building, the staff, and the food was a knock out! It was a experience to remember. Worth every penny!
