Bruster's Real Ice Cream

4 stars since they have been pretty good the other times i have visited. the service is always pleasant. this visit i ordered a blast that was more like a shake. i did not like it did not want a shake. very disappointed for $7 and i tipped before receiving this.update: ofc i had to return with update since the owner DARLIN was amazing! super accommodating and easy going. the remake definitely did not disappoint. also it's understandable with new hires they are still doing a great job everyone makes mistakes.

The wait in line was long but only two people working from what I saw. It's ice cream can't really mess that up.

The young Caucasian cashier is lazy. I asked to add a topping and she flat out said I couldn’t even when I offered to pay extra . She is costing the business money .

Thought the cheese cake ice cream would have real cheese cake pieces.

Open sign stays on even after closing i walked up and was told they was closed but they continued to serve others. Also hours are not posted correctly in window need better service and accountability . Hugh Howell is a better location and better service
