Boat House - Stockton

Was ok .. but didn't care for the menu or food all that much and service wasn't great either atmosphere was REALLY weird

We wanted to like this place because it is close and has good reviews. The first time there did not impress. $31 for steak and 3 very small fried shrimp. Hubby said the steak had no flavor. Baked potato called The Yacht was just OK. The only thing that was hot were the fries brought after the rest of our meal. The atmosphere was very cool, though. It was very clean and the hostess was great. We decided we're going to try one more time in case UT was just an off night.

The fried catfish is Amazing!!! The bbq was NOT cooked on a pit ... No smoke rings, no flavor. $2.98 for drinks (tea or coke) is

Enjoyed the food!We got an appetizer,and Two meals, everything was hot&fresh&good size portions,delicious,only next time I won't order such a large meal I couldn't finish it lol but everything was awesome Thanks For a great date night!

This place was okay. There was alot to look around at and the staff were pretty attentive. The food was nothing to be excited about though. My kids were bored here. All in all, it was okay but I wouldn't do it again.
