フィードバックを提供するAbsolutely ridiculous, Staff can't even make sure all your order is all there,unfortunately I made the mistake of not checking, so wasn't worth going all the way back,for missing items, waited while for the order,which can't be helped ,however to get home.with part order missing is just ridiculous.Never will.use this restaurant again, been couple times now,with issues each time so not just one off.so won't be back.
Came through the drive thru at 8:45 today (21/07/2023) and I was served by a small girl at the end window. Her attitude was absolutely disgusting and it needs to be addressed. When I got the the window and she handed over my order, I checked the bag and noticed that the Big Mac was missing. When I told her it was missing she abruptly replied “it is in the bag”. Why would I lie about that? After I showed her it was not in there, she took the bag off me and requested a Big Mac. She then handed me the bag and said ‘here’s another Big Mac for you’ implying that I had somehow removed the Big Mac previously so I could get an extra for free. I then said excuse me and she just muttered ‘for god sake’. I then parked up after she turned away from me and realised a portion of fries was missing as well! That girl is obviously not happy in her role and I would advise that she should not be customer facing if she can’t at least act polite and friendly to customers.
Absolutely rotten, order turned up with half my order missing, chips were half full and not even cooked, coke was flat, avoid wolviston mcdonalds at all costs, worst one in the country by far , would give it 0 stars if I could !!!
I ordered a large Big tasty with with bacon meal Halloumi sticks sharebox, the Big Tasty with bacon meal was freezing cold, the fries were cold I'm extremely disappointed considering how much money I'd spent
The drive-thru staff directs you to a parking bay to wait. However, all the bays, including the disabled spots, are filled with McDelivery drivers and their parked or abandoned cars. Inside is no better, as delivery bags are scattered on the floor making it difficult to approach the counter. Additionally, rude drivers constantly bark orders at the staff, creating a chaotic atmosphere. It seems like the McDelivery drivers are racing to break the land speed record, turning the drive-thru into a McRacetrack. Hopefully, McDonald's can address these ongoing issues.
