Sonic Drive-in - Stockbridge

Three months. it is at least three months ago that I know that this place had no ice. I listen to work several times in the week on the way home and ask if the blasphemy is still fixed and its answer is still not, but we have milkshakes . if I wanted a milkshake, I would order one! it is pathetic that the owner of this place does not even manage to keep the equipment in the right order of work. leave it in a reasonable time frame when it breaks! I'm serious. one of the biggest dinge sonic is known for the sonic blast ice cream tassen for which they operate advertising. but this müll is so badly managed that they do not even repair their equipment when it breaks! they will come back with their standard, we are sorry blah blah. here is the number for the franchise owner who publish them for each complaint. I don't want to talk to the waste of the space franchise owner. fix the ice cream machine!

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. they were in the last couple of times we had to get a refund because of the waiting period. last time we waited an hour at the stall and we were not the only ones who received the refund. this time we went and I used the app to get the 1/2 price drinks. I ordered at 10:54 for pick up at 11 . I check at the stall at 11:02 we sit for 25 minutes and the drive thru moves all the time. I finally called for support and got another refund. I understand that people are underoccupied, but it's ridiculous that it is. I recommend to another sonic and definitiw not this!

Very rude staff. I've never seen a place treating their customers so cold. they serve me as a customer. they are not right to speak back or to be disrespectful. They take my money. I expect professional services and treatment. I wouldn't advise eating at this place! it is not worth the bad treatment for the customer. I would stay away from this place.

Driving through the young lady was amazing. very friendly and respectful. chicken sandwich tested as a fast food. Do you think you're getting used to the people that you're destroying it? French pommes were beyond OLD....must have long sat under the hot lamp. it was dry and drained to a point where I can crumb with my fingers.

The young girls working had long hair without any nets. I saw each of them touch it multiple times. One girl had her shirt tied in the back to make it a crop. Not professional appearance at all. Only ordered drinks, order was correct.
