Stirling Chickens

We've been here a few times. it's not our closest fish n chip shop so we don't go often, but after each time, we remember why we don't come more often.  they use good quality ingredients. ie the fish and meat patties, but they just aren't cooked right. today's burger the pattie was black on the outside and pink on the inside. not inedible but just poor. my yiros was good. we asked for chicken salt on the chips, got normal salt. service is good as well as the prices but the execution of the food is a big let down.

Watching the staff mope around... Ordered a very simple snit pack... How about 10 people came, got served and left before my number came up is beyond me... And to top it off was the worst take away I have ever had....dry burnt snitty....carrots n peas tasteless mush... Won't be back

The best in not only the Hills but in our opinion all of SA.Fantastic food, huge serves, five star salads all served by lovely staff/owners who obviously love what they do. Our fave is the half chicken hot pack with roast potatoes yum yum - got to go as I'm now hungry thinking about it!!

JUst the best chickens, a bit expensive but worth it. CHips are also very good and everything works for the Friday takeaway treat. Does get very busy so be prepared to wait or phone in your.order. We frequent regularly as do a lot of others!!!!!

Great chickens and chips, quick service, pleasant variety of salads, take away deserts and glass case drinks
