フィードバックを提供するThis is a great restaurant in Stirling, with a pleasant atmosphere. The soup was delicious, and the sandwich options were limited but satisfying. The only downside was that the coffee could have been stronger, as my flat white was a bit weak. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely return.
It was just okay. They couldn't warm up my mince pie and the table was only partially cleaned. The mocha was good though. The tables and chairs could be more comfortable and nicer.
I stopped by for a grilled cheese sandwich and a latte before a meeting. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Highly recommended!
By far the best coffee shop we have been in during our stay. Coffee was good with a rich flavour hot enough for a change!! Displaying prices would help though as we nearly left without ordering. We also ordered a cake which was by far the best we've had in any coffee house in the country for a very long time. Customer service was ok but could be improved as could product knowledge as when I enquired about the cake, I was just told it was a biscuitty thing with some cream or stuff in the middle.. These issues aside, we would definitely return on our next visit to Stirling as they have possibly the best cakes in Scotland if the one we had was anything to go by (Coffee was pretty good too! . This place is well worth a visit for cake coffee lovers although they do need to improve certain areas there is plenty of competition very close at hand.
Leaving behind a less-than-ideal dining encounter at another establishment, my friend and I found ourselves seeking refuge at The Burgh Coffee House. This change in venue marked a significant shift in our day's narrative, as we were immediately met with stellar customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. Contributing to the warm and congenial environment was the exceptional staff, who were not only attentive but also exuded a genuine friendliness that put us at ease. Their welcoming demeanour added an extra layer of comfort to our visit, further enhancing our overall experience. The oppressive heat and humidity of the day nudged us towards the invigorating iced teas from their expansive menu, while I also decided to indulge in a delightful petite cake. The teas served as an elixir of rejuvenation, their cool, refreshing flavours providing a much-needed respite from the heat. The cake, a personal indulgence, proved to be an absolute delight, offering sweet reparation for our earlier unsatisfactory experience. As if on cue to add some levity to our afternoon, my inherent clumsiness resulted in my half-finished iced tea taking a spill. The ever-vigilant and considerate staff of The Burgh Coffee House were quick to respond, providing us with paper towels to address the spill and generously offering to replace my drink at no additional charge. This contrasted sharply with the subpar service we had received earlier at another café. The empathetic and attentive approach demonstrated at The Burgh Coffee House was a refreshing change. Their commitment to customer comfort and satisfaction was truly commendable and managed to transform our previously disappointing day into a pleasant and memorable one. With its extraordinary customer service, an extensive and mouth-watering assortment of teas and coffees, and an enticing selection of food and pastries, The Burgh Coffee House stands out as a paragon of what a coffee house should aspire to be. To summarise, The Burgh Coffee House is a shining beacon of hospitality, offering a rich and diverse menu, and a staff that truly understands the essence of customer service. Whether you are seeking respite from a scorching day, desiring a thirst-quenching drink, or craving a dessert just for yourself, a visit to The Burgh will undoubtedly meet your expectations and more.
