Prairie Eagle Spur Steak Ranch

Our family decided to go to spur for hubbys birthday .We went on a Thursday night and surprisingly it wasnt that full.Obviously I had my reservations because of the lack of clientele.We ordered nachos and chicken wings for starters and I was blown away ,not only did it come in record time but the nachos were delicious and the wings were piping hot and very juicy and a good size wing I must say.We ordered the steak special t -bone steaks and jalepeno and cheese all around,the steak was good portions and tender,(MUM SAID MELT IN UR MOUTH TENDER),made exactly as requested.Dessert was good and I really enjoyed the taste of the ice cream rich and really creamy,I might just be a weekly regular after this visit.Best halaal steak ive had in Pretoria yet.

I totally retract my last review. I currently am at the spur f or another birthday and despite the big table the food is amazing And the waiter got the order one thousand percent correct. Wow wow wow.. I'm on a diet and really enjoyed the veg and the fillet. Thanks spur. This deserves a feature to our page. For this you have got a 5. The owner here is so amazing, it feels as if I'm at home. Literally he walks around ALL the time. And the service is 10 star..

So this was my 3rd trip here (as it's halaal and near to us ..kiddies play area is fabulous my son's love it..the service was good we had a friendly waiter..I was weary when ordering my fillet steak (hopefully 3rd time lucky? As I like it medium and they have got it wrong on the previous occasions..my steak came and it was well done I was so dissapointed I didn't even want to to complain the waiter noted this and brought the manager who said he would have resolved within 5 minutes..I was skeptical but hey guess what he did and it was perfect for which I was very happy my baked potato was perfect..we had the buffalo wings and these were amazing spicy and well prepared..I'm sure I will be back especially for those wings..

Newly turned halaal restaurant so had to give it a try instead of driving all the way to Johannesburg just for a halaal outlet. Was celebrating three close friends birthdays and was like why not, as Spur is known for their birthday songs. Was a bit disappointed as we had to wait more than usual just go get our food and then again some of the orders were wrong. And then still after getting the food had to wait a while for the drinks to arrive. <br/ <br/ Everything of the spur menu is a must have, but what I can tell you is definitely worth it is the nachos starter, I honestly feel like this is the best Nachos I've ever had! The cheddermelt steak is definitely one to call home about, of course spur is well known for their steak but this is something u have to try, steak covered in their mushroom sauce!! Spur is a great place to go with family, lovely play area and great special during the week. We are a firm favorite of the Monday night buy one get one free burgers, fantastic when you have a big family. Also love the rewards card, very easy use. The staff at Prairie Eagle Spur are great, usually our order is correct, sometimes the wait is a bit long, but at least the food is good. Restaurant is clean and there is lots of parking
