Whataburger - Stillwater

Normally would not leave a review as I find them petty. However I am broke, pregnant, and upset. I spent 8 dollars on an apple salad with no apples, dressing, cheese, or utensils. I understand they were busy but still.

Love Whataburgers hamburgers, but why do they even have a drive thru? Every one I've ever eaten at is a long wait at the drive through. Just call yourself a dine in. I probably eat at Whataburger a third of the time i would if they knew anything aboutdrive thru service.

Always remember to check your bag and receipt, and be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes. We spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru with just four cars ahead of us, only to get home and realize that two of the biscuits we ordered were missing, and we were charged for one that we didn’t receive. When we called to request a refund, we were informed that they can't process refunds over the phone, which meant we had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant to collect the biscuit we had already paid for. Each time I’ve visited this location, the service has been remarkably slow, and I’ve found myself stuck in the drive-thru for over an hour on several occasions.

We went through the drive-thru, and the guy had to warn us that the fries were hot. They were absolutely the best!

This restaurant consistently has the slowest drive-thru service imaginable. Even if you're just five cars back, you can end up waiting over 30 minutes—it's happened to me multiple times. While the food is good, the wait time is unacceptable for a drive-thru. The service here is among the worst I've ever experienced; it truly can't get any worse than this.
