The Beet Box - Stillwater

I've always been skeptical about vegan food. Why eat something that resembles meat but isn't? However, one day, feeling hungry and just passing by, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the chicken-less sandwich, garlic fries, and a slice of carrot cake. I have to say, it was fantastic. Does it taste exactly like chicken? Not entirely, but it doesn't really matter because it was still absolutely delicious and definitely worth a visit. And by the way, their carrot cake is the best you'll ever have in your life!

This is, without a doubt, the best vegan "chicken" sandwich I've ever had! The fries are incredible too—nice and crispy. I'm so thrilled to have discovered this hidden gem! If you haven't visited yet, you're really missing out!

Big fan! Great food! Fries are better than any fries from anywhere I?ve been to date. I would easily eat here once a week if I lived in Stillwater. I also love that they?re so friendly, take time to listen to their customers, and give us choices we want! : My mouth is watering just thinking about it honestly! The most amazing plant-based vegan food from a food truck in Stillwater, OK! The service is incredibly friendly. And don’t forget to try the root beer—it's a must!

I am not a vegan nor a vegetarian. I LOVE eating meat, but this place was actually surprising delicious. The sandwich was fresh. The fries were freshly fried and very crispy and seasoned well. The chocolate cake was extremely good (wanted the raved about carrot cake, but they were out). Overall, very good. Price was a bit high, but it was interesting to try a vegan spot as a non-vegan.
